How to transform Pattern Swatches in Illustrator
Transforming your Pattern Swatches lets you decide how the pattern will be visible in Scale, Position and Rotation.
To do this, Follow these steps:

Select the object you’d like to edit and go to Object > Transform > Transform Each.

Make sure the option “Transform Objects” is disabled.

Select the “Preview” option in the bottom left corner.

Set the changes you want and click “OK”.
