- Does not apply to orders containing multiple products, bundles, subscriptions, or complete collections.
- If you're experiencing technical issues, we'll always do our best to resolve them before considering a refund.
- Once a refund has been issued, your user license is revoked and the product may no longer be used.
- We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected misuse or abuse of this policy.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 days to the original payment method.
