Refunding digital products ask for a few guidelines as there’s no physical product that can be returned. We love all of our customers, which is also the reason we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We always assume there are no bad intentions involved so please don’t take advantage of our good hearts and only request a refund if you’re not happy with your purchase.
The fine print:
- Refunds can be requested within 14 days of purchasing the product.
- Limited to 2 products per customer.
- Only valid for the products with the ‘Bucks Back Guarantee’ badge on the product page.
- Does not apply to complete Bundles, a separate product from the bundle could be considered.
- If the reason of the refund are technical issues we’re here to help you out. When you still prefer a refund, no problem.
- Your User License will not be valid after refund, the product may not be used after that.
- We reserve the right to disapprove a request in rare cases, if we get the idea that there are bad intentions involved.
- Once approved, your refund should be available in your account within 7 days and can be used to purchase a product within a year.
