After your purchase has been processed, we’ll include a download link on the confirmation page each time a purchase has been processed.
How will I receive my order?
After making your purchase, there are multiple ways to see your order and download your product(s):
1. Confirmation page
2. Email
Your order will immediately be sent to your email. If you can't find your purchase email, try checking your spam folders and maybe even whitelist us for any future purchases.
3. Customer Account
You can always access your purchases in your own Customer Account. Login to your Customer Account and click the “Download Now” button below the product image you want to download.
If you have previously checked out as a guest and didn’t register for an account, you can register for an account over here. Just be sure to register with the same email address you used when you made your purchase so you’ll be able to see your previous Topia Supply purchases made with that email address.
