I updated my Adobe Apps and now my products aren’t working.

It may occur that after an update of your Creative Cloud apps, some of your products disappear or don’t work anymore. As annoying as it is, it’s usually pretty easy to fix so you’ll be able to enjoy your products again in no time.

1. Restart your computer

After restarting, open up your apps again and check if it’s fixed.

2. Reinstall your files

Depending on the type of file, reinstall them as described in our install guides.

3. Remove and download again

Sometimes it could be a cache problem as well and you would need to remove the product from your computer. Then, go to your Topia Supply Dashboard and redownload your products. Make sure you can access your product before removing it. In case it’s a well-known issue with an update, we’ve probably already updated the product which will be available to you for free in the Dashboard.
