When you’re having trouble with this, try the suggestions below which might fix your problems.

Check that your iPadOS is up-to-date

Go to Settings > General > Software Update.

Restart your iPad.

Change the location of your downloads folder to "On My iPad" by going to iPad Settings > Safari > Downloads > On My iPad.

Download your files using the latest version of Safari.

Do not download in "Private mode".

Restart your WiFi modem and/or router.

Close all unneeded apps and programs before downloading.

Try to download one file at a time.

If the “Download Manager” button doesn’t appear in Safari when downloading your files, reset your iPad settings.
